Laser cutting utilizes a high-powered laser beam to precisely cut through various types of metals. HHR has a Morn Laser with bed size of 1.5x3m. this allow us to laser cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper.
Tube & Profile Cutting
Incorporated in the machine infrastructure is a pipe and profile cutter, capable of handling outer diameters ranging from 25mm to 350mm. This provides limitless options for cutting materials such as rectangular tube, square tube, angle iron, and more.
Bending involves reshaping materials, typically metal sheets, by applying force to create various angles and curves. This process is achieved using hydraulic or mechanical press brakes that accurately control the bend’s angle and radius. Bending is essential for fabricating parts and assemblies with specific geometric requirements, often used in structural components and custom fittings. HHR has a JFY TPR8 full CNC Hydraulic press brake with a 225 Ton press capacity
and a 3100mm bed. It has a column distance of 2700mm and throat depth of
410mm. The TJS-90T control system with full 3D integrated graphics, makes
bending a breeze. Featuring 6+1 axis control with back gauges ensuring accurate
bending.
